ABOUT APPROACH TEAM ECOSYSTEM

We are a young company dedicated to the creative transformation of people and organizations. Our focus is on design, support and implementation of entrepreneurial change and transformational architectures.

The organic development of business models, organizations, teams and executives is particularly important to us. We design effective and sustainable change impact, for which we holistically combine transformation, innovation and future skills with our integral approach.

TRANSFORMATION

Fundamental change triggered by technological and economic trends and breakthrough or altered social needs. A long-term, dynamic exploration and learning process that leads to establishing new systems and structures.

INNOVATION

In the literal sense of the word "novelty" or "renewal" - a new, creative idea that has actually become reality once it has been implemented in the company or successfully launched on the market.

FUTURE SKILL SET

Key skills and core competencies that enable people and organizations to deal with increasing complexity and volatility caused by megatrends increasing their abilities and capacity for impactful action.

DENKSINN APPROACH

Why did we name our company DenkSinn? That's simple: because thought (Denk) and purpose (Sinn) combined are most helpful in various situations on our life paths. Even more: being able to think things through, make sense of a complex world and act with purpose create the most beautiful receipe for sustainable success, wellbeing and productivity.

However, that alone might not be enough to understand our basic attitude and approach to transformation. With DenkSinn, we approach every question systemically, organically, playfully, exploratively, questioningly, creatively and holistically. Thus, we manage to think broadly, laterally and out of the box, in order to deliver effective and sustainable results.

We built our consulting approach and services upon our irrepressible curiosity, many years of leadership, management and consulting experience as well as on scientific models and the latest findings from research and trend scouting.

  • >> SWITCH YOUR PERSPECTIVE
As transformation consultants, we love to rack our brains and need to comprehensively understand the situation, mindset, strategy and culture of our clients and customers. In order to be able to render meaningful support in this complex and constantly changing world of ours, we must be able to perceive and make sense of our fellow human beings' thoughts and beliefs. We must be able to predict and reflect their behavior and reactions in change processes in the best possible way. Reflecting on the thoughts, attitudes, and preferences of others, trying to see the world through the eyes of our partners is the central object of a research focus in psychology and social neuroscience. Among many other scientific findings, the Theory of Mind is one of the cornerstones of our philosophy at DenkSinn. Only with this mind and skill set can we succeed in effectively supporting change and transformation.
  • >> TURN YOUR MIND AROUND
Our second pillar is the system and game theory. We all have at times forged beautifully crafted plans, only to see them shatter at first contact with reality. Why does this happen? Because reality is complex, interrelated and ambiguous. The secret of effective action lies in the connections, reciprocal effects and relationships behind the obvious scenes of action, which result in some plans coming into fruition and other failing utterly. Systemic thinking supports us in examining complex situations with a holistic view, using networked thinking and acting in a future-oriented and solution-driven way. An underlying systemic attitude is an open invitation to lateral thinking, playful exploration, as well as broad and varied perception. A systemic mind set appreciates diversity, activates implicit resources and strengthens self-organization with a respectful attitude. Thus, we facilitate innovative and unique ways of acting, especially when dealing with complex situations and challenges.
  • >> GROW ORGANICALLY
The integral approach is a model for describing the world as comprehensively as possible. "Integral" describes a view of the world that takes an inclusive, balanced and holistic perspective. With the integrative and integral approach in mind, we see development - whether personal or corporate - as a journey into the future. We support the actors involved in shaping this journey so that they can enjoy it, experience and learn as much as possible in the process. After all, head, heart and hands all want to be included when we shape the world of tomorrow. And last but not least, we believe in the positive power implicitly embedded in the dynamics of change. This allows us to tread new paths and unpack hidden potentials. The much praised lifelong learning is ultimately the third building block of our philosophy and framework at DenkSinn.

DENKSINN TEAM

The two masterminds behind DenkSinn are Simona and Nils. As a team, they bring more than 40 years of entrepreneurial and management experience  - from small to large companies - to the table.

Their previous professional experience ranges from event management, facilitation, innovation, training, people and organizational development to corporate management.
